Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation, excluding resizing or special requests. Each piece of jewelry is shipped in a parcel insured for its full value and delivered against signature.

Delivery within 1 to 10 business days in France, 2 to 10 days in the European Union, and 3 to 18 days internationally. Any applicable customs duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your package at every step, until it is delivered against a signature. For in-store pickup, you will be notified by email as soon as your jewelry is ready. Upon receipt, check the condition of the package before signing: if the package is open or damaged, refuse it or record your reservations with the carrier, then notify us within 3 days at info@bijouterie-mikaelian.fr. Any package lost or damaged during transport is fully covered by us.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any piece of jewelry that does not meet your expectations, without having to provide a reason. Returns are entirely free: simply contact us at info@bijouterie-mikaelian.fr with your order number, and we will send you a prepaid, insured return label. The jewelry must be returned to us in its original condition, accompanied by its case, certificate, and all provided accessories; after inspection, a full refund — including the initial shipping costs — will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note: jewelry that has been resized, engraved, or modified at your request, as well as purchases made directly in-store, are not eligible for return.
